Retail Maintenance & Rapid Response
The crew national brands call — multi-site retail maintenance from San Francisco to San Diego.
Estate contracting for hillside properties, vineyard-adjacent residences, and custom homes in the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains.
JMG keeps retail portfolios open and immaculate: punch-list turnarounds, fixture and signage repair, painting, drywall, and emergency response delivered to brand standards — including work for Starbucks locations.
In Saratoga and across Santa Clara County, JMG delivers retail maintenance under California Contractor's License #1007864 — permitted, inspected, and personally overseen by owner Jerry Guinn. One call covers every trade. Our after-hours crews work while your stores are closed, so revenue is never interrupted and corporate inspections always pass.
Saratoga projects near the Village respect its historic character, while hillside homes fall under the city's hillside development standards — grading limits, view protection, and engineered drainage. From Saratoga Village storefront refreshes to hillside estate rebuilds, we coordinate the review boards so approvals never stall your build.
