When you submit a quote or partnership form, we collect your name, email, phone number, project type, property city, and project details. We also automatically record basic site analytics (pages visited and approximate timing) to understand which services and cities visitors care about.
2. How We Use It
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare estimates, schedule consultations and site visits, perform contracted work, and maintain records required by the California Contractors State License Board. We do not sell your personal information — ever.
3. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents may request to know what personal information we hold, request its deletion, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it). To exercise these rights, email Jerryguinn@jmgconst.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

This site uses minimal analytics to count page visits. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies. You may block cookies in your browser; the site will still function.

Lead and project records are retained as required for contractor licensing and warranty purposes. Access to our systems is restricted to the owner and protected with authentication and encryption in transit.
6. Third Parties
We share information only when required to deliver your project (e.g., permit applications to city building departments) or when required by law. No data brokers, no list sales.
