Commercial & Residential Landscaping
Full-service commercial and residential landscaping — estate gardens, retail grounds, hardscape, and smart irrigation across California.
America's most exclusive zip code. Discreet, white-glove contracting for ultra-luxury estates and legacy Peninsula properties.
JMG's landscaping division serves both sides of California: estate gardens and outdoor living for residential clients, and grounds programs for retail centers, campuses, and commercial properties — from the Bay Area to Sacramento, and San Francisco to San Diego.
In Atherton and across San Mateo County, JMG delivers landscaping under California Contractor's License #1007864 — permitted, inspected, and personally overseen by owner Jerry Guinn. Drought-tolerant conversions, smart irrigation, architectural lighting, and hardscape are engineered for beauty and for California's water reality — installed and maintained by the same in-house team.
Atherton builds answer to the Town's Building Department on Station Lane — and to the heritage-tree ordinance that shapes where additions, ADUs, and driveways can land on the town's one-acre estate lots. We plan around protected oaks, manage design review, and deliver the discreet, high-touch project management Lindenwood and West Atherton estates expect.
