Residential & Commercial Plumbing
Full-service residential and commercial plumbing — repipes, tankless systems, and ADA restrooms, engineered and guaranteed.
Celebrity-mansion territory — full-scale estate remodels, structural transformations, and grounds construction executed with total discretion.
From copper and PEX whole-house repipes in Atherton estates to ADA-compliant commercial restrooms, JMG's plumbing division handles rough-in through finish fixtures with in-house accountability.
In Hillsborough and across San Mateo County, JMG delivers plumbing under California Contractor's License #1007864 — permitted, inspected, and personally overseen by owner Jerry Guinn. We coordinate directly with our HVAC and electrical crews, so remodels, ADUs, and tenant improvements move through inspection without costly trade conflicts.
Hillsborough requires design review through the Town's Building & Planning Department, and its hillside estates bring slope, drainage, and retaining-wall engineering into nearly every project. From Hillsborough Oaks to the Carolands area, we coordinate geotechnical reports, view-sensitive design, and the town's exacting inspection standards.
