Residential & Commercial Plumbing
Full-service residential and commercial plumbing — repipes, tankless systems, and ADA restrooms, engineered and guaranteed.
Acre-plus hillside estates with demanding engineering — retaining structures, long driveways, and architect-driven custom construction.
From copper and PEX whole-house repipes in Atherton estates to ADA-compliant commercial restrooms, JMG's plumbing division handles rough-in through finish fixtures with in-house accountability.
In Los Altos Hills and across Santa Clara County, JMG delivers plumbing under California Contractor's License #1007864 — permitted, inspected, and personally overseen by owner Jerry Guinn. We coordinate directly with our HVAC and electrical crews, so remodels, ADUs, and tenant improvements move through inspection without costly trade conflicts.
Los Altos Hills keeps its rural character by rule: one-acre minimum lots, private lanes, the town pathway system, and properties that may run on septic rather than sewer. Projects here demand site-sensitive engineering and careful utility planning — exactly the ground-up estate work JMG self-performs with in-house crews.

Plumbing in Los Altos Hills — FAQ
We plan PEX or copper routes through attics and crawlspaces to minimize openings — and because our sheet rock and paint crews are in-house, every patch disappears on the same job ticket.
