Electrical — Commercial & Residential
Licensed electrical work from panel upgrades and EV charging to retail lighting maintenance programs.
Historic downtown Victorians and hillside modern estates — remodels and additions that honor character while adding serious square footage.
JMG designs and installs electrical systems for high-demand modern living — 200A+ panel upgrades, whole-estate lighting, EV charging, and dedicated circuits for luxury kitchens and home theaters across Silicon Valley.
In Los Gatos and across Santa Clara County, JMG delivers electrical under California Contractor's License #1007864 — permitted, inspected, and personally overseen by owner Jerry Guinn. For retail and commercial clients, we deliver code corrections, lighting retrofits, and rapid-response maintenance that keeps storefronts lit and operational from San Francisco to San Diego.
Los Gatos blends a historic downtown commercial district with hillside neighborhoods like Belgatos and Alta Vista — each with its own review path. Historic-district storefront work follows the town's preservation guidelines; hillside homes need grading and erosion-control plans. JMG runs both under one contract and one schedule.
