HVAC — Commercial & Residential
Rooftop package units, retail preventative maintenance, and Title-24 compliant climate systems.
Historic downtown Victorians and hillside modern estates — remodels and additions that honor character while adding serious square footage.
JMG services and installs commercial HVAC for retail portfolios — the same rapid-response discipline trusted by national brands like Starbucks — with after-hours crews that never disrupt business hours.
In Los Gatos and across Santa Clara County, JMG delivers hvac under California Contractor's License #1007864 — permitted, inspected, and personally overseen by owner Jerry Guinn. For residential clients, we design high-efficiency heat-pump systems, zoning, and smart controls that keep luxury homes silent, comfortable, and energy-compliant.
Los Gatos blends a historic downtown commercial district with hillside neighborhoods like Belgatos and Alta Vista — each with its own review path. Historic-district storefront work follows the town's preservation guidelines; hillside homes need grading and erosion-control plans. JMG runs both under one contract and one schedule.
